Dancing their way into Wine County – On The Scene Now article

Dance instructors and transplants to Temecula, Dennis and Samantha Lyle have longed to have an events center and believe they’ve found their niche in the wine country of Temecula Valley.

Villa Incanta Inn & Events Center will sit along the main road of wine country and will feature fourteen unique and luxurious suites with a Tuscan theme. Rolling hills studded with wineries provide an idyllic backdrop for the Incanta Events Center that will host wedding receptions, banquets, corporate events and a variety of other engagements.

In the course of their travels for business, Dennis and Samantha have stayed in five-star hotels all the time and conceded that the corporate feel has its place, but for what they are hoping to achieve, they want that intimate, get to know the innkeepers kind of feel that a Bed and Breakfast establishment offers.

That is why they are teaming up with a development consultancy headed by experienced real estate developers Ravi Bhola and David Seach to build their dream of a Tuscan, homey inn for guests.

“It’s European elegance with a homey feel,” says Samantha. She and Dennis feel that the B and B should make their guests feel like they are walking into a home.

“I’ve seen some places that are nothing like their photos and descriptions,” he said. They’re basically a motel that someone renamed B and B. That’s not what Villa Incanta will be.”

“If it’s created right, it’s a very personal space and yet you can also own it,” said Dennis. “We’re so fortunate that this one will be built from the ground up. We get to build it from nothing and make it into exactly what we want it to be.”

The Inn and Events Center will be completed during the first two phases of a four-phase project that will also comprise luxury estates and a 100-200 suite hotel. The estates and hotel will be completed during phases three and four respectively.

The Bed & Breakfast and Events Center business will compete in the expanding and underserved bed and breakfast and special events marketplace in thriving Temecula Valley.

It will serve customers traveling to the region from a 100 mile radius that includes San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Palm Springs and the fast-growing communities of Temecula, Murrieta, Hemet and Lake Elsinore. The hotel will serve the rapidly growing tourist population that is expected to top 650,000 visitors in 2011.
